These smoothies are quickly becoming my new post-workout obsession. It’s another recipe from Oh She Glows. It’s simple: 1/2 C skim milk, 1 banana, spinach, and I add a little chocolate protein powder. The recipe calls for 1 C of spinach, but I just eyeball it. I also cut up the banana so that it mixes faster. Sometimes I add a tablespoon of flax seeds to get some omega-3s.
Update: Made one with pineapple this morning! Very tropical…thinking about adding a splash of orange juice next time!
