Fruit Salsa

Not having central air has been a struggle this summer. I am on a constant mission to find refreshing treats – preferably ones that don’t require turning on the oven! This fruit salsa is amazingly easy, and is even better the next day.


  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 2 cups chopped mango
  • freshly chopped mint to taste
  • juice of one lime
